Do I have to pay any start up fees for use of the system?

Can I test the software before I sign up?

Does my monthly fee include technical support?
- Yes. Technical support is available at any time.
Is there any special software that I need to install on each user’s computer?
- No. This system is 100% web based. All you need is an internet connection and you can access the system from any computer.
How is my data protected?
- An experienced staff of experts monitors our state of the art data center 24 hours a day. All customer data is backed up nightly to s secure off-site facility. Should someone in your organization accidentally delete a document or file, then it is kept for 26 weeks after the deletion for recovery purposes.
Will I be logging into the GC2 Technologies website to access my data?
- No. Once you sign up for the system you will be given a specific internet address that is inline with your company name. The system established at this URL will be the one that can be branded to your company name, colors, and logo.
How long would it take to start utilizing the system once I sign up?
- We can have you up and running within hours, if not minutes. We always take the time to ask the client what they want out of the system and then proceed to make some adjustments as soon as you sign up.
